FINDING THINGS

Search
Type any word — a compound name (Ozempic, BPC-157), a symptom (sleep, recovery), or a benefit. Search looks across titles, summaries, and dosing notes.
Filters
Use the four selects above the table: Wellness Area, Compound Type, Research Theme, and Evidence Tier. On mobile, tap Filters to open the panel.
Grade letters
Every card shows a letter from A to F. A means FDA-approved or strong human trials. F means we couldn't verify what the compound is or what it does.
Clear filters
The Clear button next to search appears whenever any filter is active.

READING A FILE

Open a file
Tap any card to read the full audit: what the evidence is, how strong it is, what side effects are known, and which sources we used.
Expand and collapse
Sections inside the file (Evidence, What researchers found, Sources, etc.) can be opened or closed — tap any heading to toggle.
Sport flag
Compounds banned in competitive sport show an amber flag, both on the card and in the file itself.

YOUR TOOLS
